- Some AI features process your inputs (text or speech) to generate feedback. We don’t use your practice content to train models without your consent.
- Payments are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never store full payment details.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers under contracts.

Information We Collect
- Account data (optional): email, display name, profile photo (if you choose to add one).
- Learning data: practiced patterns, examples, answers, scores, streaks, reminders, in‑app preferences.
- Content you submit: sentences you type or speak for exercises and any feedback messages you send us.
- Voice & microphone: if you enable speaking practice, audio samples are processed to do speech recognition and pronunciation scoring. Audio may be handled on‑device or sent to our servers or processors strictly to provide the feature.
- Device & diagnostics: device model, OS, app version, anonymous identifiers, event logs, crash reports, and performance data.
- Purchase info: receipts and status from Apple/Google necessary to unlock premium features (no full card details).
- Website data: standard web logs and cookies or similar technologies for basic operations and analytics.
How We Use Information
- Provide and personalize practice, review scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Operate AI features (grammar feedback, pattern suggestions, speech analysis).
- Measure performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability and usability.
- Send service communications (e.g., changes, security notices). You can opt out of non‑essential emails.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Processing Locations & International Transfers
We may process data in countries different from where you live. When transferring personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Sharing and Disclosure
- No selling of personal data.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and speech/AI processors — bound by confidentiality and data‑use limits.
